Assessments: This is the best place to begin.  Our carefully researched assessments are a great way to gain clarity on who you are now in your life, what your natural strengths are, and how you can use your transferable skills to find your best-fit career.

We use three assessements that consistently provide the best feedback to help you set and reach your goals.

Resume Review: Once you've narrowed your focus on where you want to go, and how you can use your transferable skills to get there,  you're ready to write your resume.

Back to Business has talented resume writers who can help you work through your talents and experience to clearly define your marketable skills, and navigate the online job search effectively. Through our special process, you will "graduate" with a resume that highlights your strengths, makes it through the online job search engines, and that you feel comfortable talking about and editing for specific opportunities.

Building Your Elevator Pitch: We walk you through building an effective "30 second commercial" about you. If you've ever wondered how you'd manage the most typical interview/ networking question "So, tell me about yourself", or how to best "spin" a recent career shift, you will now know exactly how to answer.

Interview Skills: Learn the "do's and don'ts" of interviewing, different interview styles and how to research the company you'll be interviewing with; practicing answers to tough questions; learn about different interviewing styles; follow-up etiquette; and more. You will learn how to present yourself as a differentiated, qualified candidate.

Professional Image: Our job is Your Success. From your handshake to your suit fit, we make sure that none of the common "first impression" issues will get in your way! We're known for taking clients for hairstyle remodels, and general make-overs. We call this segment "Total Major Re-Invention", and we have a lot of fun doing it!
